Current Mood: accomplished

It's been a good day so far

I actually managed to get five of the icons for my new PI-presentations site done! It may not be a lot, but this is the first time in months that I did anything at all for it... and considering the old one will go down this Summer that's not a good thing. (It helped that these five were for my Arashi cosplay ponies though XD).

I can always reuse the coding and slowly upgrade the current icons and pics to the new version once it happens of course, but I'd like to at least have most of my VIP ponies' start icons ready to go. Especially since I have a bunch of new ones who weren't part of the old site (which hasn't been updated since I heard that my brother will let the domain expire this year).

Tomorrow will be a day of visitors, so I wonder whether I'll even be able to get anything done, both on PI and anywhere else... though it's not like I do a lot otherwise.

Finally... it only took 1.5 months to arrive

Yesasia shipment arrived after 1.5 months. The next one's already been shipped... so no ordering a new one just yet. *sits on hands*

But at least I finally have Kumorinochi, Kaisei on CD. That's the one I really was waiting for, though of course I've been listening to "Are you Happy?" as well. This evening the Beautiful World DVD will replace Digitalian in the DVD player... Ever so slowly my collection grows. I'm thinking of waiting to order until I can preorder the Untitled concert DVD, but we'll see if I can stick to that resolution long enough.

Strangely enough my headache disappeared the moment the mailman handed me that long awaited package. I wanted this shipment for my birthday, now almost a month ago, but the excitement really never goes down, does it? You'd think at 44 you wouldn't get so happy with a CD/DVD delivery, but I always am when it comes to Arashi shipments.

And I manage to make that appointment with the doctor. Going there tomorrow.

Current Mood: lethargic

Maybe...

Making this into an actual journal would be a good thing? We'll see how long I can keep this up. I never even managed to keep a diary for longer than a few days.

But are my days even interesting enough to remember? Nothing specific happened today again in any case.

I woke up with a headache yet again, but I'm trying to fight it. If I rest every single time I won't do anything but rest.

Finished the necessary contests on PI for the day (maxed out three more) and trying to get through my Memrise reviews for Japanese for the day while the washing machine is fighting the music on my brother's pc for my attention. At least the music is the right language at the moment, though I'd prefer Arashi...

I should really make a doctor's appointment for this week...
